
Depression it’s an emotion, which will occur because of incidents in our life, which we don’t expected .
Lets understand with an example of a class , in your school life you definitely saw some of your batchmates had groups , some students were popular and some even didn’t recognise by the teachers . You had to remember that moment when you didn’t recognised by your any of your teacher , it’s feels bad .
So , just think about those students who were outrated by the popular students group .

Likewise when any of your friends give importance to your another friend but not to you , it also feel like that, you are not important for them
You see successful people , their lifestyle and then you see yourself and so successful to them , this also give us bad feeling.

Rejection , comparison are the main sources of depression, if you think about what other thinks . So , my friend other thinks for only their profits not yours, for you there is only you . So you have to think for yourself only and if something tortured you get out of it and every problem is temporary in this life . You have to wait for right time and have passion & strength for going threw your tough time
